RETURN POLICY

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, USED, DAMAGED, OR STAINED. ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES.

We happily accept returns on defective merchandise for store credit only within 30 days of purchase. Once your return has been requested, your item must be shipped within 14 days. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not (Usually 5-7 business days). If approved, payment will be issued in the form of store credit.

Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of an error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

If you have received a defective item, please contact customer service within 3 business days of receiving the item. If we are not notified within three business days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return. You must include a photo of the damage/ defect with your email.

Please include your packing slip, a copy of your return confirmation email, or a note with your name and order number in your return package. Failure to do so may result in significant delays in processing your return.

All products will be shipped via the most cost-effective method for your area, which may be via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL.  Please be advised shipping and delivery is subject to customs restrictions in your country.

SHIPPING

All products will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) in a flat rate shipping box. Free shipping is only offered on orders of $100 USD or more before taxes and shipping.
